Four species of digenetic trematodes representing the family Cryptogonimidae are reported: Paracryptogonimus acanthostomus Yamaguti, 1934 from Lutjanus fulviflamma (new host and geographic record), P. provitellosus Durio et Manter, 1969 from L. fulvus (new host and geographic record), P. brevicaecum sp. nov. from L. fulvus and Neoparacryptogonimus ovatus (Yamaguti, 1952) from L. fulviflamma (new host and geographic record). Paracryptogonimus brevicaecum can be distinguished from all species of Paracryptogonimus chiefly by its short caeca, and from P. provitellosus occurring in the same fish host, in its spherical shape, the distribution of the vitelline follicles, and the more posterior position of the ovary relative to the testes.
